Art Director

We are seeking a creative and talented Art Director to lead the product Art department of Slotomania.

We need your skills to focus on exploring and executing the best visual and UX outputs to our core and features in our game while managing a team of talented artists, UX designers and experienced team leaders.

Apart from the professional knowledge and desire to create high-level games, we are also looking for a person who has an understanding and a desire to learn the business side of the game and lead the creative according to the business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create games
• Manage! 1 Group Managers, with globally distributed teams.
• Create a vision for the game’s visual and User experience.
• Overlook a complete game production pipeline.
• Help build a dynamic, creative environment in which you can create while also motivating and mentoring your team members.
• Work with Product Managers, Product Owners and R&D to build leading mobile games.
• Lead rapid iterations and testing on a variety of concepts and features, from wireframes to fully designed compositions.
• Lead and own, mutually with the monetization and marketing teams, the creative concepts and flow that will support our growth and monetization efforts in various global markets.
• The ability to communicate effectively, while motivating and inspiring peers across disciplines.
• Review and approve final creative outputs and ensure they’re done according to the requirements
  
  

• Passion for games!
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills
• 3+ years of experience in managing art/creative groups.
• 4+ years of experience of practice in interactive/games/design.
• Strong knowledge in games UX & UI
• AI - research and implementation of new creative techniques and tools - an advantage
• Strong knowledge of concept art fundamentals, color theory, composition, character design.
• Thorough understanding and passion for user experience design as it relates to social applications or rich mobile experiences.
• Great English
• The ambition to learn new things and evolve.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Proven ability to prioritize work priorities and function in an agile environment.
