About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product and driving the success of our offering in the market.

If you have demonstrated a history of building enterprise SaaS products for large enterprises, you are experienced in leading complex products and features across multiple groups and disciplines. In addition, you have a big passion for UX/UI and love for data while diving into the atomic technical detail - this one’s for you.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the execution of the entire product lifecycle of one of our offerings, including product & market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirement definitions, to product / capabilities launch.
• Interpret user needs, define use cases and translate these into product requirements for R&D.
• Convery the vision for the product across the company while working with cross-functional team members (Engineering, designer, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop use cases and user flows.
• Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes.
• Develop effective customer/partner feedback loops, analyze the implications, and translate these into better capabilities and solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager / Technical product / Product owner for a B2B product
• Strong Technical background and understanding of networking and security technologies with hands-on mentality
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Super creative thinker, with a keen eye for design and detail
• Experience in user experience design in enterprise solution is strongly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, decision making, well-organized, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
• Organizational skills with an ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influence others without formal authority
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude, passionate about delivering quality products that meet customer expectations
• Experience working in startup and scale-up environments – An Advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent - an advantage
• Self-management skills and ability to work well both independently and in collaboration with executives and middle management
