Product Manager - Banking

Earnix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic planning and continuous development of our Banking Product Suite. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market.

What You will do:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Earnix's long-term vision and the evolving needs of the banking industry.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points and opportunities, and ensure Earnix's product remains competitive and differentiated.

Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term goals, feature releases, and timelines.

Feature Definition: Define clear and detailed product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, to guide the development team.

Customer Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize product features accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, professional services and other cross-functional teams to drive product development and market growth.

Product Launch: Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, communication plans and training materials, for both internal teams and customers.

Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards within the banking industry and ensure the product meets these requirements.

Requirements:

You’ll do it using:

Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management; Preferably experience in software solutions for the financial services or banking industry.

Understanding of pricing methodologies used for financial products – a significant advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Knowledge of agile product development methodologies.

Experience in planning and execution of go-to-market strategies

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

English proficiency
