IP Network Solution Engineer

Ribbon is looking for a professional Network Engineer, with a focus on IP networks.

The job includes performing proof of concept, network design, and providing network solutions based on Ribbon’s products

Working with cutting-edge technologies for IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Performing complexed proof-of-concept for customers around the world
• Dealing with innovative technologies all the time
• Face to face meetings with customers
• Face to face meetings with customers
  
  

• High-level practical knowledge and hands-on ability, with switches and routers
• Deep knowledge and understanding (CCNP level) of L2, L3 and MPLS protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, QoS, etc.)
• Ability to communicate well with the working environment and with customers
• Very high presentation skills
• Very high capabilities of self-learning
• Willingness to travel abroad, around 25%
• Fluent English
• Ability to work as part of a team
  
  

• Knowledge and understanding of BGP and L3VPN
