Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Educating AI: Review AI-generated outputs and provide structured, constructive feedback aimed at improving the model’s accuracy. Help the AI better understand complex real-world scenarios and ensure it applies its knowledge effectively.

Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions. Guide the AI through these problems, helping it learn to reason logically and solve them effectively, step-by-step.

Red Teaming: Identify and address potential biases, inaccuracies, and gaps in the AI’s knowledge. Design and execute tests to challenge the model, pushing its boundaries to ensure its outputs are reliable, unbiased, and applicable in real-world scenarios.

Continuous Improvement: Work closely with AI engineers and researchers to integrate feedback, refine the AI’s performance, and contribute to the ongoing development of the model. Help shape the evolution of AI systems to ensure they remain relevant and useful in diverse applications.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Native Proficiency in Hebrew: Native Hebrew fluency with excellent writing skills to clearly communicate feedback and insights.

Residency in Israel: Applicants must be residents of Israel and have a strong understanding of the local language, culture, and context.

Education: An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.

Professional Writing Experience: Prior experience in a writing-intensive role (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.) is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are essential for this role.

AI Training Experience: While experience with AI tasks or training models is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the development of AI systems.
