Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an Israel Controller to support its business. A successful Controller will demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp the business, financial and accounting concepts, exercise judgment and provide on-time accurate financial and managerial reports.

What is your mission?

You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Will work closely with Israeli tax authorities and Israeli innovation authorities will support implementing statutory and company accounting policies.

• Managing all financial aspects of the IL parent company, including leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, I/C transactions and periodically analysis
• Preparation of the annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements
• Implementation of new accounting standards with US-GAAP
• Working closely with Israeli tax authorities and Israeli innovation authorities
• Being responsible for all accounting issues as well as setting processes and leading SOX and internal control-related
• Experience with Israeli Tech companies, and specifically technological company for tax purposes and Chief Scientist
• Leading the external audits with regards of the annual Audited Financial Statements and tax reconciliation.

What are the superpowers we are looking for?

• CPA with a Big 4 firm experience
• Experience in High-tech companies (public is advantage)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent English
• Advanced knowledge in ERP Systems - NetSuite an advantage
• Accurate and detailed oriented with high level of analytical and professional skills.
• High level of independence and self-examination
• 5 years after completing internship, preferably in High-tech audit teams.
