Field Marketing Expert

Xtra-mile, a global B2B marketing agency, is looking for a seasoned Field Marketing Expert to work with the biggest High-Tech companies in Israel. The position includes the simultaneous management of a variety of end-to-end marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and get the buy-in of the regional marketing strategy and programs
• Develop, rollout, and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns and programs
• Develop, execute, rollout and optimize campaigns to drive customer retention, and product engagement including customer conferences, seminars, training, and engagement tactics
• Grow brand awareness, familiarity, and perception of the product amongst analysts and other influencer organizations

Requirements :

• 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the tech industry – an advantage
• Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external events vendors, and international projects; Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
• Strong communication skills in both business and technical situations
• BA or BS Degree – an advantage
