We are looking for an addition to our growing talent acquisition team in Israel. this is an opportunity to help us grow as we are growing fast!
Role background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. In 2017, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re a team of 8000+ people in 25 countries and over 500+ cities, servicing over 29M registered users and have 50+ Wolt Market stores across our Wolt markets. As the platform economy is changing the ways consumers connect with restaurants and retailers, we are seeing a huge opportunity to be the industry leader with the amazing teams we have built globally.
Our Talent Acquisition team has been on an incredible journey throughout this time too. We’re now a global team of 30+ people with bases in Europe, Tokyo, and Tel Aviv.
And while we’ve experienced this exciting growth on a global level, Israel in particular has been quite unique. Since launching in 2018, we have scaled to be the largest operations of all Wolt’s markets and there are no plans to slow down! :)
As we continue the growth of Wolt the Talent Acquisition team is looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to help us excel in our hiring to ensure better hires and candidate experiences. This is a great opportunity to test out Talent Acquisition and (hopefully) find your passion in growing our teams at Wolt permanently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work in a high-volume hiring team of Talent Acquisition professionals to support the company's growth efforts.
- Advocating Support roles via initiatives such as employee referrals.
- Identify relevant profiles of candidates that are more likely to grow in our company.
- Screening of candidates to work in various support teams in Israel.
- Assessing and interviewing candidates to provide the best fit employees with support needs.
- Coordinating our hiring efforts with Talent acquisition, HR ops team, and Support stakeholders
- Highlight improvements and perform improvements in the hiring process to increase our candidate experience - good service is key in recruiting.
- Being a point of contact for candidates until they land their first day at work.
- 1 year in recruiting or equivalent experience.
- Motivation and will to learn how to become a great Talent Acquisition Associate.
- Excellent organizational abilities - time management, prioritizing your own tasks, and helping team members when possible.
- Resilient and adaptable to changes in an ever-evolving and fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail - we need clean, complete, and credible data.
- Empathy and service skills - Clear communications and relationship-builder.
- Data-driven mindset - Excited about numbers and analyzing what they mean to drive useful insights.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Arabic, Russian - An advantage
