Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Full product ownership throughout the entire product life cycle
• Lead product roadmap definition, marketing research, competitive analysis, field marketing activities, and strategic customer engagements
• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements (MRD, PRD)
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Planning and prioritizing the product backlog using Scrum methodology
• Lead product demos and customer meetings at the technical/executive level and support sales/presales activities
• Be an expert in the PCB market – technologies, trends, and competitive landscape
  
  

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager for global, high-tech B2B Software companies
• Customer facing experience of 3 years at least
• Proven expertise writing MRD, PRD and developing user stories in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Team player, but with the ability to work independently
• Deep customer empathy and ability to identify and prioritize customer needs
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  
  

• Background in the technology and the market of PCB and/or Semiconductors (manufacturing or Design)
• CAM/CAD knowledge/experience
