Senior Data Engineer

Your Team

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our data group.

Who can take responsibility for writing high-quality code that will handle terabytes of data per day in a cloud environment in a variety of languages.

We use looking for an engineer that will work with multiple technologies stack: Kafka, Kubernetes, App services, Azure Kusto, event hubs, cosmos, etc. using several coding languages like Golang, Scala, Python.

We are required to write efficient code that supports large-scale distributed systems.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Design and build new solutions/features in order to help our customers improve their cloud security.
• Get experience with new technologies and languages, develop challenges solutions, and have a great opportunity to grow and create impact.
• Constantly Improve existing implementations.
• Adapt and take on more responsibilities and own your share of the product.
• Work with product managers, business, and other teams at Check Point

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience as backend/Big Data developer of large-scale environments.
• Excellent with either one of the languages Scala/Python/Golang.
• Sc. Graduate/student in Computer science or related engineering degree.
• We are looking for a team player that will integrate well with our team

It would be great if you also have:

• Cloud environment experience.
• Azure is even a bigger advantage
• Large scale production data experience
