Technical Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Account Manager role located in Herzliya. The main responsibility of the Technical Account Manager will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are being met while maintaining strong relationships. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing several client accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Troubleshooting skills
• Sales skills, with experience in identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Technical background and experience in a related field is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
