User Acquisition Team Leader

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead, motivate and train a team of strong account managers.

· Full responsibility for international strategic clients and management of customer portfolios

· Oversee all of account managers activity, from strategy to hands-on campaigns optimization.

· Performance oriented and results driven.

· Introducing new tools and techniques for the team.

· Collaborate closely with Tech and Creative teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

· 3+ years of experience managing online campaigns.

· At least two years of experience as a Team Leader - Must

· Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and Facebook ads and TikTok – Must

· Previous experience working with Gaming companies.

· Hands-on experience with YouTube and other platforms - An advantage

· Proven track record with large budget campaigns.

· Technical and analytical orientation

· High level English - written and spoken - a must

· High analytical skills and profound knowledge of Excel

· Highly motivated and energetic person
