You’ll have a unique opportunity to learn and grow within one of the most advanced and high-performing motion teams, working alongside top talent and shaping best-in-class creative work.In your day-to-day, you willDevelop styleframes and storyboards to establish the creative direction for projectsCraft high-quality visual designs and translate them into motion, with strong attention to composition, typography, and detailShape brand aesthetics through motion, while maintaining a high bar for visual design and craftCollaborate with designers, animators, editors, and 3D artists to bring concepts to lifeWork closely with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visualsThink beyond animation - focus on storytelling, product experience, and visual impactOwn the narrative flow of your work: build storyboards, think through transitions, and craft complete visual stories - not just standalone static framesStay ahead of trends - explore new techniques in motion design, branding, and interactive visualsQualificationsExperience in a professional design environmentStrong visual design skills (composition, typography, color) with a high level of craft and attention to detailProficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), familiarity with 3D workflows is a plusA strong portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and execution (static and/or motion work)Familiarity with motion design and After Effects is a plusExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenProactive and independent - takes initiative, adapts quickly, and drives projects from concept to executionAdditional InformationWe’re Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built.
