Pricing And Costing Financial Analyst (Temp Position)

SodaStream is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst who specializes in pricing and costing to our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing cost-related data, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and providing insights that drive price optimization initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in our financial decision-making process and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures.

This role is integral to our company's success, involving extensive collaboration and support across all departments, as well as close cooperation with global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pricing strategy for new products and product introductions to new markets.
• Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, R&D, operations, procurement, and supply chain to support new product development projects.
• Work closely with global markets to implement and test pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to determine optimal pricing.
• Develop pricing models, cost analysis, and financial forecasts for new products.
• Monitor and report on the performance of new product pricing initiatives.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on data and market feedback.
• Provide financial guidance and support for cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the development of pricing strategies and product profitability analysis.
• Developed innovative pricing methods and strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• Define, track, and measure pricing KPIs, defining actionable decision insights on pricing performance.
• Analyze and validate financial data, including cost allocations, pricing, and cost control measures.
  
  

• Develop and maintain cost models to estimate the impact of various factors on product costs
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 year of proven experience in financial analysis, pricing, and costing, ideally with a focus on cost management and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with various departments such as Marketing, R&D, operations, procurement, and supply chain to support new product development projects.
• A track record of working closely with global Markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
• Experience in cost allocation and cost control measures.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using financial software and ERP systems.
