Senior Product Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to work alongside our Product team within the mobile division. As a Senior Product Analyst you will drive actionable insights about the data to the product team and have a direct impact on the growth of Unity’s product and strategy.

You will provide quantitative analysis, make actionable recommendations and communicate your findings to fellow Product Management and Engineers to drive better product decisions together.

You can see different angles of a product or business opportunity, and you know how to connect the dots and interact with people in various roles and functions. You will work to effectively turn business questions into meaningful product recommendations.

Role-

• Conduct data analysis to make product and business recommendations.
• Act as an analytical focal point for stakeholders for all product data related matters.
• Design KPIs for features and conduct product experiments.
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to find new opportunities arising from the data.
• Help Unity focus on key decisions to improve products and services.

Requirements-

• At least 3 years as a Data/Product analyst.
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and deliver under schedule.
• Proficiency using SQL and Excel for data querying and manipulation; comfortable working on large data sets.
• Ability to tell a story and present product insights from the data and technical perspective, solve business problems and provide clear and analytically-supported solutions.
• Ability to initiate and drive projects from beginning to end with minimal guidance
• Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills both commercially and technically.
• Self manage, independent and following through.
• Interest and orientation in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement and statistics.
• Distinctive problem solving skills and impeccable business judgment.
• Experience with Python - bonus.
• Background in the ad industry - advantage.
