Jira Administrator

Matrix Devops is looking for a Jira Administrator.

We specialize in ALM/DevOps scope: requirements management, configuration management, project planning and management, Agile & SAFe work processes, development reports and dashboards, CI/CD, open source management, static code analysis and application monitoring.

As a Jira Administrator you will:

• Plan based on capacity and understand Jira capacity limits within Plans and Sprints.
• Have prior experience utilizing Advanced Roadmaps (Plans) across multiple projects.
• Migrate incidents and workflows from multiple existing tools to JIRA.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, technical teams, and management to implement systems features that enable Agile software delivery.
• Recommend and design standard and custom JIRA workflows.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working with JIRA/Confluence or Atlassian software systems- a must.
• Experience with Xray Test Management for JIRA.
• Familiar with developing JIRA workflows, customization, and integrations to support management.
• Familiar with managing JIRA and related product updates and patching; worked with Atlassian support and support organizations of the product plug-ins.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (Preferred).
