Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Director at Sapiens, you will build and develop Sapiens’ marketing funnel for Sapiens’ diverse product lines. You will work strategically to create and implement demand generating marketing programs globally, across multiple channels, ad networks, and funnel stages. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing customer acquisition channels, leading a high-performing marketing team, and managing our marketing technology (MarTech) stack. This role will require a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a global growth and demand generation marketing strategy aligned with Sapiens’ objectives. Develop full funnel B2B demand generating strategies, from very top funnel awareness through solution and need awareness, all the way to converted high-quality MQLs and campaign ROI.
- Define and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively generate demand, engage prospects, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
- Oversee all customer acquisition channels, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. Optimize and expand these channels to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- MarTech Management: Take ownership of the marketing technology (MarTech) stack, ensuring that it supports the marketing strategy effectively. Evaluate, select, implement, and maintain marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and results.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, message, creative, and buyer journey per campaign performance to deliver highly effective and converting PPC and email campaigns—own campaign analytics and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the sales, regional marketing, and product strategy organizations to deliver effective omnichannel account-based marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing and sales leads to identify and define the ideal customer profile, buyer personas and market opportunities across the various verticals and lines of business.
- Crystalize the messaging towards the different personas and buyer roles for each of Sapiens’ products together with the regional marketing directors, based on a thorough understanding of buyers’ pains and needs.
- Closely collaborate with sales, SDRs and BDRs to provide air cover account and person-based ad campaigns that help push prospects through the funnel and buyer journey.
- You will be measured based on high-fit, high-intent MQLs, campaign performance, and execution skills, as well as team spirit and can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B technology marketing, focusing on global growth and demand generation.
- 10 years of Tech marketing experience in an enterprise environment
- Deep expertise in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and account-based marketing.
- Strong understanding in B2B funnels of technology companies and buyer personas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Very good project management skills.
- Communicative, initiative, collaborative and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and production dependencies, including working with creative teams.
- Good understanding of SEO and web.
- Excellent knowledge of AdTech, MarTech and SalesTech. Experience working with SEO and PPC agencies, as well as various ABM platforms.
- Keen eye for details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
