A Talented Electronics Engineer to lead a Signal Processing Laboratory

An innovative, research-driven company, in the "Shfela" area, is looking for a talented, experienced lab manager to work on leading technology research projects in the fields of signal processing, communications, radar, data acquisition, and medical imaging.

The role includes:

● Managing and providing technological and scientific support to pioneering research.

● Oversight of the lab's day-to-day operations.

● Implementation and management of work routines

● Overseeing and coordinating lab demos

● Recruiting and managing the lab team.

● Establishment and management of the lab's "external relations" with relevant industries and labs.

● Managing conference exhibitions.

● Knowledge management and preservation within the lab

requirements:

● B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science; Master's or Ph.D degree - an advantage.

● 5+ years of hands-on experience in the disciplines of Real-time embedded / Software / Hardware.

● 2+ years of managerial experience.

● Lab management experience - a significant advantage.

● Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: C, C++, microcontrollers, FPGA, communication, radar, test equipment - an advantage

● Experience in designing and building end-to-end firmware and hardware prototypes - an advantage.

● Experience in creating publications, materials, conference presentations, and technical movies.

● Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, and good interpersonal and communication skills

● High skills in English - both oral and written.
