Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) needs
• Assist in mapping out technology roadmaps for upcoming Solar PV & BESS architectures
• Lead R&D initiatives in Solar PV architecture and converter topologies
• Develop innovative DC/DC & DC/AC power conversion solutions in PV & BESS
• Lead verification and validation activities of converter concepts
• Engage with external R&D institutes and universities for technology development
• Generate and protect new ideas through Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) filings
• Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Managment experience.
• Master’s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related R&D field
• Extensive R&D background in power electronics
• Deep knowledge of power electronic converter topologies and modulation
• Solid understanding of basic power electronic principles, multi-level converters, and wide bandgap devices
• A track record of innovative technology development
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Availability for occasional travel
