Position: Head of Content Transformation

Role Overview:

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy leader to join our team as the Head of Content Transformation. This role involves managing a talented team of 10 employees, ensuring the high-quality and timely transformation of static books into interactive, solvable exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the transformation of textbooks into interactive books, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.

- Meticulously review content for alignment, user experience, and overall quality.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Annifiers (content transformers).

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining excellent organizational skills.

- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

- Embrace the dynamic environment of a growing startup, handling pressure and uncertainty with a positive attitude.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to coordinate across various departments effectively.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

- Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality output.

- Familiarity with various digital tools such as Google sheet\ Excel and on-demand online tools. 

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
