Affilomania is growing and searching for a Compliance Manager to join our amazing Affilofamily. 

We are looking for a compliance superstar to join us as a Compliance Manager. You will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance matters, and will gain global exposure to a wide range of regulatory compliance matters. You will work closely with our Accounts and Finance teams, who together manage regulatory compliance matters.

Your responsibilities:

• Overseeing company's AML / KYC processes and assisting Finance department with clarity on money-flow
• Use of Crypto as payment method and compliance matters with this regards
• Take a leadership role in shaping, implementing, and refining our organization's compliance program to align with regulatory mandates and company objectives.
• Identify, assess, and address potential compliance risks, partnering with Sales and Finance departments to establish robust risk mitigation strategies
• Onboarding and approving new clients
• Monitoring the regulatory environment, and assessing the impact on the business and any actions required
• Assisting with the business’ regulatory affairs in new and existing markets worldwide, including licensing, strategy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure customer compliance with banking requirements
• Preparing and maintaining reports and communications to the business on various compliance matters
• Communicate actions to relevant stakeholders from analysis of regulations and track until completion

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a global Compliance Manager within the global payments, financial services, or related industry.
• Bachelor of Laws degree
• Advanced analytical skills and expert knowledge of regulations and standards
• Experience handles global compliance challenges 
• Deep understanding of risk management, audit and assurance
• Strong time management and prioritization
• Written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced and changing environment
