A stealth startup is seeking a Co-Founder to join our team as CEO. We are currently in stealth mode, our target customers are the leading cosmetics companies worldwide, such as L'Oreal, Avon and Estee Lauder. Our mission is to revolutionize the way consumers experience skin flaw covers and makeup by delivering an AI driven digital makeup experience which is personalized, eco friendly and convenient.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation solutions in the cosmetics space and wants to be a part of the ground floor team that will drive our success.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Co-Founder CEO to lead our cosmetics startup. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, a proven track record in fundraising, and a passion for driving growth and innovation.

This role will be located either in Israel, Europe or the USA with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

●     Proven experience as a CEO, President, or in a senior leadership role in a company creating new solutions for the cosmetics industry

●     Successful track record in fundraising, including securing venture capital and other funding sources.

●     Preference to a person who has experience in the initial stages of startups

●     Deep knowledge of the cosmetics industry, including trends, market dynamics, and key players.

●     Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

●     Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.

●     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

●     Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.

●     Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

●     Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
