Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Coordinator role, based on-site in Herzliya. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, communication with clients and internal teams, sales operations, and supporting the Sales team in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, including written and verbal communication
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• Sales Operations skills, including the ability to coordinate and track sales activities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
• Experience in a similar role within the marketing or financial industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities:

• Contact new potential clients, help them to login to our platform.
• Selling Trading products to global B2C clients
• Present market opportunity
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Working closely with sales targets, achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
