Backend Team Leader

The company specializes in developing high-security systems. Their flagship product is the control and monitoring system for "Iron Dome." They have developed infrastructure systems for command and control, and based on these, the company has created dedicated control and monitoring centers, among others, for public companies.

The company has multiple sites throughout the country and employs a hybrid work approach.

Job Description: Managing a team of 5-6 employees, approximately 70% hands-on work. Primarily involved in backend development using .Net, C#, WPF, MongoDB, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, in a desktop environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in C# development.
• 2 years of experience in team management.
• Experience with WPF.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
