Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, and AI technologies, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your day to day:

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, CS, and Sales to ensure successful product delivery
• Own products and features from the ideation phase to the realization of business impact
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize product features and functionality
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate product releases
• Create and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics, and use data to inform product decisions and strategy
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AI and machine learning, and share knowledge and insights with the team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management positions working on B2B SaaS applications with large customer bases
• Proficiency with AI/ML products, and working closely with Data Scientists
• Technical background (R&D / IT) with knowledge of enterprise software
• Experience taking products from ideation to delivery
• Strong understanding of building platforms - core capabilities shared by multiple products.
• Experience leading an efficient Agile product process – collaborating with stakeholders, engineering, UI/UX designers, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
