General Manager - Dancing Drums

We are looking for a GM which will be responsible for the Our new game Dancing Drums game. This includes overseeing all aspects of the business such as product, development, resources, and communication. You’ll be responsible for management of the game team, establishing the product vision, strategy and culture. You will also lead, mentor and manage a group of talented leaders, responsible for their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a clear and transparent vision of the Product and owns the Product Roadmap
• Makes final call on decisions in regards to release scope, bug fixes, and features direction
• Accountable for Game Identity, Strategy, and Execution
• Works with Executives to ensure there is buy off from key external stakeholders on the direction of the Product
• Ensures the Product has the best talent at the leads or director level. Works with Organizational Department heads to assist in performance reviews of those departments
• Maintains and works to create a positive culture that is in line with SciPlay values
• Defines project organizational structure (team splits, resource allocation)
• Maintains the Project P&L and work towards growth goals that supports the companies overarching goals
• Advocates consistently the need for innovation and team-wide positive change
• Mentor and lead people
  
  

• Experience as a Game Director/ Studio Manager/ Studio Leader or in an equivilant roles
• Proven record of managing large scale teams
• Experience in Casual Gaming, High DAU type game
• A Product or Production background or similar (Tech/Marketing/etc)
• Understanding of Data and statistical modeling
• Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
• Capable of owning a P&L
