The Role

Moovit is seeking a Director of Data Operations to lead and guide a large group of leaders and team members across the globe, ensuring the company provides the highest quality of content, data, and service for its users and external customers. You will report to the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Moovit’s Operations team leaders and their team members to achieve business growth and personal success.
• In charge of Moovit’s data quality globally
• Building and leading the market data strategy to achieve user growth
• Being the focal point for each user and providing the correct support
• Follow up on our global and country daily ratings and respond properly to reviews
• Set KPIs, Reports and processes for the whole department
• Provide mentorship to the operations team members.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industry and Management /Information Systems / Geoinformatics / related B.A./B.Sc.
• Experience in managing leaders/managers for many years
• Experienced in working with high-level management staff
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communicator
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Very independent and self-taught, able to execute projects with little supervision.
• Experience in building Roadmaps / Pipelines / Goals
• Deep knowledge and previous experience with Excel
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment and thrives in a startup culture
• English – high proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Knowledge in Python/SQL/Java - Advantage
• Experience in Geoinformatics and GIS Software - Advantage
