Vice President Marketing

Job Description:

• Initiate, plan, and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Identify key functional, ecosystem, and operational requirements to better serve the target market.
• Build, lead, and manage the marketing team.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
• Develop product positioning and craft compelling messages across marketing channels.
• Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas to identify customer story.
• Manage the marketing budget and measure the success of marketing activities
• Support the Sales organization in developing and implementing marketing and sales
• activities. This includes webinars, blogs, case studies, white papers, events, advertising, product launches, presentations, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years proven experience in managerial marketing position at SaaS b2b companies.
• Experience with creation of marketing content such as brochures, case stories, testimonials, webinars, blogs etc.
• English – Excellent or Native.
• Product marketing experience– an advantage
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar field – an advantage
• Work experience within Fintech companies targeting large enterprise customers highly desirable.
