Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our exclusive team and be part of a dynamic and challenging IL high-tech eco-system work environment. A leadership role with a wide range of responsibilities, Working closely with upper management to achieve company goals. As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a pleasant working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include the promoting, booking, and managing of our meeting rooms, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and exploring opportunities for additional services or upselling. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated and has excellent verbal and communication skills. This person should be adept at multitasking and has the capability of managing client relationships and reaching occupancy goals, as well as representing the company's brand in the marketplace and ensuring that the location is running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Community:

• Work closely with POINT members and be the focal point for all their needs.

• Create meaningful relationships with and among POINT members.

• Create and organize community events.

• Taking an active role in growing and nurturing the POINT community.

• Maintaining ongoing communication with maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly.

• Identify their new needs or challenges for the customer and forecast future expansion.

Meeting rooms:

• Manage inquiries, schedule tours, and book meeting rooms at POINT efficiently.

• Customize meeting room offerings based on client requirements and special requests.

• Provide immediate assistance and ensure a positive, satisfactory customer experience onsite.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in relevant fields.

• Experience in Customer Service/ Hospitality.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Exceptional networking skills.

• Great team working skills.

• In-depth and thorough knowledge of co-working products - an advantage.

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools- an advantage.
