Operations Manager (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are White Light Digital Marketing, a remote league of e-commerce marketers who partner with the best in the industry. Our reputation is our marketing with most of our clients being private equity firms based in the US.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Include

• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• High-level resource planning and making strategic resource management decisions
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational procedures
• Learning our approach to digital marketing, and then performing as the ambassador for that approach
• Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Maximising the efficiency of all business procedures
• Motivating and inspiring individuals to improve their performance and success
  
  

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of operations management
• You have 3+ years of management experience (people and processes)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Experience in a digital marketing company is a huge plus
