Your Mission

As a Full Stack Team Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of top tier full stack developers with ownership of the growth and maintenance of our payments Back-office Solutions – platforms that support millions of dollars worth of transactions daily. We envision the core R&D team members as the future tech leaders and contributors to the company’s success.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement customer-facing applications back-office internal systems & user experience
• Lead requirements analysis, software design, and architecture
• Expand, grow & mentor a team of excellent full-stack developers
• Own a business domain & directly contribute to the company's performance
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment
• Build financial systems to scale with a strong focus on performance & security.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in a team management position
• 5+ years of experience in the hands-on development of web applications & services
• Experience with backend development (we use Node.js / TypeScript)
• Experience with front-end frameworks (we use ReactJS & Vue.js)
• Experience in various databases – Postgres/MSSQL, Redis, Elastic, etc.
• Knowledge & experience of Design & Architecture
• Agile methodology proficiency.
