The Role

As a Product Manager in the Crossix Analytics Products group, you will own the design and execution of our platform’s production infrastructure. Our client base and suite of products are growing, and so is the need to redesign and upgrade our current production infrastructure to support it. Working with engineers and other product managers, you would lead this effort.

You are excited about big data, building data products, and using technology to solve business goals. You will have to translate business and analytical requirements to detailed technical user stories, considering multiple factors and dependencies to enable engineering quick development and deployment.

As a vital part of leading requirements gathering from different business partners abroad, you will also be responsible for bringing best practices from the agile product management world and managing communication and cooperation between the Israeli office and the NYC office.

What You'll Do

• Own the development, implementation, configuration, and support of Crossix’s production infrastructure
• Define the roadmap for our analytics systems (DIFA/Net impact)
• Understand the business logic behind our analytical process, reshape and redefine it as required to allow our business to grow and adapt to new challenges
• Work with other PMs to create and execute a roadmap for developing internal-facing tools
• Manage feature, enhancement, and bug fix prioritization and backlog grooming
• Work closely with the dedicated development team
• Partner with the DevOps team and represent the business needs
• Own communications between the Kiryat Ono and NYC offices, including translating downstream business requirements into technical requirements and communicating technical feasibility to end users
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience working with engineering teams
• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience - engineering, solution architect, technical services, or other related roles
• Demonstrated record of defining and launching software products
• Proficient at building strong relationships with engineering and cross-functional development teams
• Experience working on enterprise products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

• Former Data or Software Engineer transitioned to Product Management
• Experience in working with big data or data onboarding operations in large scale
• Experience working with remote teams
• Proficient in Java/Python
• Understanding of healthcare data, including Rx Claims, Medical Claims, and EHR
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field
