Bookkeeper (Maternity leave replacement)

As a bookkeeper, your responsibilities are:

• Responsibility over bank reconciliation and credit cards
• Account payable process management (including recording invoices, creating new vendors and processing payments to suppliers)
• Responsibility over Account Receivable process, including invoicing and AR reports
• Performing monthly closing tasks: Fixed Assets, Accruals and Prepaid expenses, etc.’
• Support reimbursement of travel and expense reports according to company policy
• Produce other various miscellaneous reports, duties, and special projects as needed
  
  

• 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience within a high-tech company
• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3
• Experience in overall accounting processes (AR, AP, Cash, FA, etc.)
• Experience with Oracle systems
• Fluent English (read, write, and speak)
• Great communication skills and ability to work in collaboration with team members.
• Highly organized and efficient
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in high-tech company- an advantage
