Responsibilities

• Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes.
• Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, and more.
• Map all possible scenarios and create product flows
• Conduct a complete design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and delivering to development
• Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users once a product is launched
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers and software developers
• Designers to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products
• Analyze competition and help position our solution in the market
• Contribute to marketing efforts and help maintain consistency in the company’s brand across websites and applications
  
  

• At least four years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products (web and mobile)
• Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity, and usability
• Experience solving complex product UX problems
• Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details
• Strong typography knowledge and design layout principles
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Self-learning individual with conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences.
