Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview

Quality Assurance Coordinator is needed for an international e-commerce company specializing in manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of brands in the beauty & and wellness field.

Young, pleasant & dynamic work environment, long-term position.

Full-time in the office (Herzliya) from 9 am-6 pm (Sunday – Thursday)

Responsibilities

* The position is in English Only(!) including phone calls, email correspondence, web applications, and interfaces.

* Responsible for quality assurance:

• Writing protocols and implementing work procedures.
• Oversight raw material quality, working with testing labs and suppliers.
• Oversight of manufacturing and packaging process, approval of finished goods.
• Supervise supply chain processes.
• Ongoing handling of all quality fields.
• Responsible for applicable global regulatory and compliance standards.
• Maintaining existing certifications, and registrations on new products.
• Collaboration with regulatory consultants and lawyers in several fields.
• Approval and review of labeling, marketing materials, blogs, and web pages, based on regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Full-time job – mainly with the USA, including evening work from home, as needed.
• High Proficiency / Native-level English – mandatory! (Will be tested)
• Computer skills, experience working with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets – mandatory! (Will be tested)
• 2-3 years of experience in QA- Advantage.
• Experience in ERP platforms (Netsuite) – advantage
• Must be driven, hard-working, highly organized, attention to detail, reliable, fast learner, and go-getter!
