Filed & Delivery Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Application Delivery Engineer to join a growing technology company.

This is a customer-facing technical role combining system deployments, hardware installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing support in warehouse and industrial environments. The position includes frequent travel to customer sites across Israel, primarily in the Ashdod and Haifa areas.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and validate hardware and software systems at customer sites
Perform installations of cameras, edge computers, networking equipment, and related infrastructure
Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and resolve technical issues independently
Support customer deployments, go-live activities, and post-installation troubleshooting
Work directly with customers and provide technical guidance and training
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementations

Hands-on technical experience in deployment, field engineering, technical support, system administration, or a similar role
Practical Linux experience, including troubleshooting and command-line work
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, connectivity, switches, cabling)
High-level English – spoken and written
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across Israel
