Israeli site of an international company in Shoham

Is looking to hire a Controller reporting into the Finance Director-CFO Israel.

The person will be working as an individual contributor, cooperating cross-functionally with the other teams in Israel.

This person will have the chance to grow in the role and to take more responsibility.

Main tasks

Manage the accounting monthly closing process and deliver a monthly closing documentation;

Monitor and review other teams’ work, providing guidance and professional support to others in the department, including the implementation of internal controls

Develop new finance processes, improving existing ones, and train relevant parties;

Prepare financial statements and tax returns, leading audits with our external auditors;

Prepare and review analysis and reconciliation files;

Assist with M&A deals

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree with focus on Accounting;

CPA License in Israel;

2 years of experience working in the Accounting field;

1 year post internship experience

previous experience in a leading accounting/consulting firm (Big 4 would be a plus);

post internship experience in a corporate environment - nice to have

interest in learning and growing;
