Cyberbit Range deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered

malware onto a virtual corporate network, allowing users to defend against live

attacks using commercial-grade security tools to effectively train cyber

professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation

techniques.

In this role, you will deal with various issues and financial challenges

and will be a part of a growing department and company.

Assistance in accounting and FP&A work on the following fields:

• Preparation of financial statements including consolidated reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Managing & monitoring the subsidiaries' local finance team operational work & submitting local regulation and tax requested reports.
• Working with the audit team during the quarterly reviews and annual audits on a timely and accurate filing of the Company’s financial reports.
• Assistance with the Company's day-to-day bookkeeping work (Invoices, Provisions, employees refunds, etc.)
• Professional guidance assistance for bookkeeping staff
• Manage SaaS Key Performance Indicators (KPI), metrics, reports, and dashboards, including develop, maintain, and update the monthly key metrics reports.
• Preparing annual tax returns and statutory reports
• Handling of employee stock options (Work with the Trustee, R123, documentation, A409)
• Experience in ASC 606 the new Revenue recognition issues in SAAS and Subscription companies is an advantage.
• Quarterly calculations of Sales commissions, MBOs, partners commissions, and other payments to 3rd parties.
  
  

Requirements:

• Internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms in Israel
• Certified CPA with at least 3 years of experience, High-Tech sector an advantage.
• Must have high expertise in Excel.
• Knowledge in NetSuite and Salesforce- advantage.
• Fluent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Self-taught, able to lead processes, work independently, take full ownership.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing and challenging schedules
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.
• High analytical capabilities.
