We're in search of a dedicated and proactive Social media Manager.
As our Social media Manager, you will manage Agora’s social media presence across social channels, crafting creatives, engaging social media content targeting commercial real estate and investment management audiences.
What are we looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the Agora brand through unique ideas and innovative social executions.
- Write & execute Agora’s social media strategy and long-term content calendar based on the quarterly marketing plan, current events, and what’s trending
- Prepare creative briefs and collaborate closely with designers in the company to bring the creative vision to life – including videos, infographics, and other multimedia content, optimized for each platform.
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze, and report on key performance metrics, creating monthly reports on metrics and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends making proactive recommendations based on the news cycle and insights
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our social media reach and enhance brand advocacy.
Essential Qualifications
- Native English speaker & writer - a must
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management at a tech company - B2B a big plus
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- must independently oversee tasks from inception to completion and possess a self-driven motivation to excel in the role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Experience or knowledge of the commercial real estate industry - an advantage
