We're seeking an exceptional QA Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA engineers in the group (manual & automation)
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration with teams globally to establish guidance, standards, and QA processes around the org.
• Setting priorities and balancing resources at the group level
• Help with their professional growth and encourage self-collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Lead hiring processes for your relevant teams and QA tech leads, and maintain and develop the onboarding needed for new QA Engineers and training for existing QA Engineers.
• Help QA's develop and maintain a comprehensive test plan that supports all aspects of the product, including functional, performance, security, and scalability testing.
• Setting priorities and balancing resources at the group level
• Being the authority for all quality issues
• Analyze and report quality metrics, test results, and defects to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Define, Develop, Maintain, and Improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to ensure that quality requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA best practices. identify, define, and drive new QA technologies
• Co-design the roadmap for the QA automation in our teams according to needs and performance analysis.
• Deep dive into feature requirements and designs. Implement efficient quality methodologies to ensure QA standards.
• Partner with dev & DevOps to improve our CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Project Management & Planning, work with EM's on QA testing timelines per team\initiative
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, statistics, math, economics)
• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Certification of quality assurance- advantage
