The role:

As Homez Israel Project Manager you will play a central role in our deployment processes while significantly contributing to our Israeli site's operational excellence. The Israel Project Manager is a multi-tasker who will run deployments of new physical units from start to end and ensure we deliver high-standard products to our customers.

In this role you will:

• Own projects from A-Z, planning to execution.
• Lead deployments of full apartment buildings or multiple apartments through the transformation from construction (tofes 4) to fully furnished apartments compatible with Homez’s standard.
• Build a comprehensive plan to launch Homez’s new apartments within a planned time frame and budget.
• Partner with key vendors, suppliers, and local brands to be cost-effective & maintain ‘Homez’ standards.
• Play a significant part in defining Homez’s processes.
• Work closely with the Real Estate team to analyze the ROI of each project.
• Manage on-ground workforce (on-site), from inspection to deployment.
  
  

• 2+ years as a Project Manager working on physical products.
• High-growth environment and start-up experience, ideally with a background of launching, scaling, and operating in the Israeli market or globally.
• Proficient in Excel & budget planning.
• Independent self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both English and Hebrew.
• Experience in real estate - an advantage.
