Expert Accountant for a Challenging Position

Responsibilities:

• Managing the professional department and the union department at the group headquarters.
• Ensuring the preparation and verification of the adequacy of the group's public financial statements (consolidated reports and separate reports) in accordance with generally accepted accounting rules, regulatory requirements, and the group's accounting policies.
• Regular collaboration with the auditing accountant.
• Preparing and reviewing accounting memoranda, offering assistance with current professional issues.
• Providing accounting solutions and overseeing the group's accounts.
• Ensuring the adequacy of the group's accounting policy, including its formulation and implementation.
• Consulting and supporting projects.
• Taking responsibility for implementing new reporting instructions.
• Providing training and outlining an accounting basis for accountants.

Requirements:

• Certified accountant license.
• Internship and work experience in one of the BIG4 firms.
• Extensive knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS – mandatory).
• 5 years of experience in the field of financial management – mandatory.
• Experience in consolidating and editing financial reports – mandatory.
• Management experience – mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Ability to drive and work effectively across multiple interfaces.
