We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented marketer with extensive experience in content and communications to join our Growth team at WeSki. As part of your role, you will own everything around ToV, messaging and content in the company, as well as drive growth and loyalty through Customer Communications.,

- You are a storyteller, refining brand narratives, and weaving captivating stories that evoke emotions and connect with our customers' aspirations, both on our platform and throughout our marketing channels and campaigns.
- You are a data-driven marketer with a good understanding of performance marketing principles.
- You possess excellent project management skills and can effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- You are experienced with Customer Communications concepts and best practices and have a proven track record of successfully managing hands-on campaigns across multiple channels
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to make informed marketing decisions.
- You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, taking initiative and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Own content strategy - Collaborate with the different stakeholders across the company to plan and execute content strategies that align with our brand values and business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all groups and channels.
- Brand Guidelines - Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all WeSki platforms and communication materials.
- Content and Copy Creation: Take ownership of writing engaging and persuasive copy for all relevant touchpoints such as the WeSki platform, emails, SMS, social media channels, PR, and the blog.
- Serve as email and SMS communications lead, working with marketing leadership to strategize marketing campaigns that speak directly to the ideal customer.
- Lead day-to-day execution of email and SMS campaigns, copywriting, automated flows, and transactional emails including building emails from templates, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling, content development, coordinating creative with both internal and external partners, and optimizing results.
- Develop and maintain a social and organic content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Plan and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, segments, send time, and new features intended to drive engagement and revenue.
- Develop and execute methods to grow and maintain healthy mailing lists through regular cleaning and monitoring list decay, bounces, and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
- Build dynamic segments based on audience types and stages of the customer journey.
- Research email marketing best practices and send times along with areas of new opportunities to ensure best practices are met for strong deliverability results.
- Support the Product team with transactional email flow template builds, copywriting, and maintenance for optimization.
- Closely monitor the performance of the email, text and social channels, provide monthly reporting on KPIs, and make recommendations for improvement using data.
- Supporting ad hoc email marketing requests working cross-functionally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Writer, ideally in the travel/e-commerce/D2C sectors.
- Experience as an Email Marketing Manager/Lifecycle Marketing Manager/Communications Manager, working with CRM data and marketing automation platforms, preferably in travel/e-commerce/D2C companies.
- Skiing or Snowboarding experience - Must
- Native English fluency - Must
- Experience with building creative briefs and strong copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker who can combine data-driven insights with creative thinking to develop new campaign ideas and concepts.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
