Production Planning Control Manager

1. Managing a team of 10 employees.
2. Monitoring the execution of production plans, presenting performance data, and meeting quality and delivery deadlines.
3. Issuing and managing production work orders, setting priorities, planning, and scheduling materials and components.
4. Responsible for maintenance and inventory control, including full control of inventory.
5. Responsible for planning and managing product deliveries to customers.

Requirements for the Position:

1. 4 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing facility.
2. Profound familiarity with operating information systems, production operations, and management in an industrial facility.
3. Proficiency in using computer systems such as ERP, OFFICE, EXCEL, with an advantage for familiarity with ERPM3.
4. High-level English proficiency.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
