Dynamics CRM Analyst The role: · Analyze and accurately interpret business requirements · Write characterization documents · Work collaboratively with business functions and stakeholders · Embed systems and provide ongoing support
Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree/certification in IT systems analysis is a must · At least one year’s experience in systems analysis role · Must have hands – on experience of Dynamics CRM implementation · Demonstrable knowledge and good understanding of Microsoft Power Apps application and development is a must· Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English are essential · Understanding of BASIC programming languages is an advantage · Responsible· Self – starter with strong service awareness · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
