Website Manager

A leading and successful Fintech company located in Kfar Saba is looking for a Website Manager!

We are searching for a technically skilled and creative Website Manager to oversee our company's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, coordinating, and maintaining the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring its functionality, optimizing its performance, and managing content strategy.

Full time job Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update website content, including written copy, images, and multimedia files, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.

2. Monitor website performance and analyze metrics such as traffic and engagement, using this data to identify areas of improvement and optimize SEO.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development teams, to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the company’s standards.

4. Address and troubleshoot website issues, including technical problems related to server performance, capacity, speed, and downtime.

5. Implement and adhere to compliance standards and regulations, including data privacy and web accessibility standards.

6. Coordinate online marketing strategies that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy, including content optimization, online advertising, and social media integration.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending and integrating new technologies or practices when suitable.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role.

3. Strong knowledge of web management platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.

4. Proficiency in HTML/CSS, and an understanding of JavaScript, and other web services and programs.

5. Experience with SEO, social media platforms, and online marketing strategies.

6. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

8. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
