Role Description

The company develops motion control and electro-optical systems used in the defense, surveillance, homeland security sectors, and their products are used for the defense programs worldwide.

The Engineering Team Lead is a core role in the company where you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers for advanced electro-optical systems (hardware, software, mechanics)

You will develop electro-optical systems, solve complex Engineering problems, and experiment with the latest technologies in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring a great working environment and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Providing mentorship, inductions, and facilitating team members' professional growth.
Developing and leading all phases of technology projects, from vision and strategy, architecture, project plan, execution and delivery.
Planning and defining the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Physics / Electronic engineering / Electro-optics / Mechanics)
5 years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles
Advantage - Experience in the development of electro-optic probes / thermal simulation
Advantage - Experience in the defense industry
TEAM player with outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
