With over 40 million users and counting, Powtoon is used in virtually all Fortune 500 companies, by business professionals, educators, students and individuals worldwide.

In anticipation of an upcoming maternity leave within our team, we are proactively seeking a proficient and dynamic Content and Operations Intern. This role is critical in upholding and advancing our content management, SEO, and operational activities, supporting content creation, influencer partnerships, event management, and overall internal content strategy projects to remain in alignment with our organizational goals and ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management and Development:
  
  

Coordinate and align SEO blog posts with freelancers and internal stakeholders.

Assist in developing and optimizing creative script writing for various templates.

Provide robust support on various projects, ensuring alignment with content strategy and organizational objectives.

Ensure all content is consistent with SEO and company guidelines and contributes to the broader strategic goals.

• Partnership and Influencer Management:
  
  

Facilitate and manage communication with influencers and cooperation partners.

Handle operational aspects including contracting, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and deliverables are met in a timely manner.

• Event and Webinar Management:
  
  

Oversee end-to-end logistics for conferences, including travel, accommodation, swag ordering, and liaison with event contacts.

Manage webinar logistics, including landing page creation, email communication, presentation decks, and internal process management.

Ensure operations and logistics align with our brand and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in content management, content creation (English) SEO, and operational logistics- an advantage
• Familiarity with managing influencer partnerships and event coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Native/ Excellent English - written and verbal (all content writing, interviews, communications and meetings are only in English)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy is a plus
