Operational, IT & Cyber Security Risk Officer

Responsibilities

You will be the bank's operational risks focal point, keeping up to date with regulations, potential attacks and threats relative to risks to the bank’s products.

• Monitoring and operating control systems, performing quality checks in order to quickly identify events and resolve them, identifying vulnerabilities and providing in-depth process analyses to the business units
• Handling and resolving information and cyber security incidents
• Ensuring that the bank's operations adhere to the laws and regulations applying to it
• Implementing legal provisions, monitoring new provisions and mapping gaps
• Designing and updating relevant policies, including cyber, data security, business continuity & fraud documents
• Developing a strong understanding of the bank’s business and issuing timely, practical, business-oriented recommendations to the business units

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk, data & cyber security in the financial industry or in a fintech company
• A basic understanding of cloud-based systems and SaaS products
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or programs
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures
• Hands-on technological experience
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
