Our primary mission is to research, invent, chart the technological course, and architect both the algorithms and the frameworks required to bring these innovations to fruition.We are seeking a dedicated student to develop cutting-edge video-related algorithms. If you have a solid mathematical and coding background, analytical skills, and a desire to learn, we are looking for you. In this position, you will support the research and development of video-compression algorithms and learn the R&D process step-by-step (brainstorming, reading literature, coding, testing, and comparing). What You'll Be Doing
- Dive into our video-compression technology, gaining in-depth understanding and contributing to its development.
- Develop and refine proof-of-concept prototypes through inventive coding.
- Explore and assess advanced algorithms related to video technology.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. Electrical Engineering or Computer Science student at one of the leading academic institutes.
- At least one year until graduation
- B.Sc. GPA above 85 and specifically in Machine-learning and/or signal-processing courses.
- Proficiency in coding, with particular emphasis on Python, and good skills in C/C++/Bash.
- A foundational understanding and experience with the Linux command-line interface.
- An intrinsic passion for problem-solving and researching and developing algorithms.
- Background on video-processing/computer-vision/information-theory.
- Background on ML (Deep-Learning / Reinforcement-Learning).
- Experience with development tools and environments such as PyCharm, VS-Code, git, Linux, etc'.
